& the Camden County Museum
At our historic SCHOOLHOUSE MUSEUM we offer historical journals and publications, genealogy services and vintage exhibits. Our exhibits include tools, clothing, furniture, firearms and Civil War memorabilia as well as Indian relics.

We offer family entertainment through our DINNER THEATRE presentations featuring our Museum Players and Young Museum Players (season tickets are available).
There are EVENTS throughout the season such as Garage Sales, Craft Shows, Business Expos, Tea Dances, Quilt Show, Town and County Outdoor Markets, Apple Butter Fall Festival Days, Benefit Golf Tournament.
GENEALOGY services are available from our research volunteers.
The CHRISTMAS SEASON features the Festival of Trees, Wreaths and Decorations and incorporate several family events.
CRAFTERS include the "Patchwork Pioneers" quilters group, the Ozark Weavers create rugs on our over 100 year old loom, the Lake Area Fiber Arts Guild and Basket Weavers are also a part of the museum.

We are dedicated to preserve and make available the history of Camden County for the benefit, education, and enjoyment of our present citizens and future generations.
We are LOCATED in the Lake of the Ozarks area just off Highway 54 on State Road V in Linn Creek, MO. Our hours are March through October, 10am to 4pm (pending volunteers). Winter hours are by chance or by appointment.
The Museum comes to life through tours and special events. We are not tax supported. Donations are appreciated.
